The Better Mousetrap

I hope this doesn't offend anyone. ... but it was part of my day and so was a potential blip for my journal. I found this wee mouse dead in the 'Better Mouse Trap', which seemed funny in a black kind of way.

As I emptied the trap I noticed how beautiful the mouse's body is, with it's sleek fur, tiny feet and tail. It's a shame that we can't co-exist but mice's ability to breed and eat make them an unwelcome visitor.
