Bird feeding station

I have finally added the new bird feeding station to the allotment.  I'm hoping it doesn't attract the rats, but have a squirrel baffle I can add  as a first defence if needed.
The other half of the picture shows that one batch of the garlic is definitely shooting up now (between the pegs second on the right).
I'm having a debate with myself about trying blight-resistant potatoes, but need to make my mind up soon and get them ordered if I do.
