There was some welcome sunshine today .
I hadn’t slept well partly nerves about going back to teaching today after 3 months off and also because Cassie , our elderly cat had an unsettled night.
In the morning we had a visit from Kirsten , who brought swatches for the dining chair reupholstery and curtains. It’s been nearly 20 years since the downstairs was decorated. About time !

Later we walked along the country lane and met a flock of sheep. Our presence stopped the sheep escaping in the wrong direction.
I spent time preparing for my yoga class. I had a good turn out -13 in total . It was lovely to see everyone. I got lots of hugs and kind words of support . I’m very lucky… it was good to be back teaching. Phew .
