Feverfew …

….. ….. ….. or from the Asteraceae family, related to ragwort, St. John’s Wort, pyrethrum and other daisies; Tanacetum parthenium
Missy & I walked up Bush Creek as far as the bushline, with many stops, chatting to other walkers and some bikers too. The scenery up there is wonderful, with many NZ mountain beech trees, and other trees too, providing shelter all of the route we took today. So, we were out of the blazing sun!
Then we had a family lunch together at The Dishery, as my daughter & husband were going away in their campervan, and my son & 2nd granddaughter are going back to Auckland tomorrow. More ceviche - the Dishery’s version is wonderful!
We had a rather tame thunder storm this evening, and the amount of rain was pitiful, in spite of heavy clouds. We ate the venison backstrap that a neighbour gave Mark when he arrived. What a treat!
