Appreciation!

I got the beautiful 1lb of thorntons chocs from work for 'being brilliant' the day before when we had a major outage at work that tied up all the rest of the shift management team and incident managers - leaving me to run with 3 other major incidents - something id never done before bit that I managed successfully, thankfully!
