Mostly Six Five Oh

The trees around us are still standing, which feels miraculous.  The wind and rain woke me twice last night and I had to get up and re-secure things on balcony at 2:30 a.m.  Then up again because something else was making a racket.  Lots of trees down around hubby's office.  We are faring a heck of a lot better than many places.

Bathroom ceiling is holding up, but it sure doesn't smell good.  Sigh.  Walk away.

Downtown there were sandbags but nothing inundated, water bubbling up from manhole covers here and there. Safeway has had no power to it's refrigeration and freezers since Monday.  What a mess.  Will have to go somewhere else to get something for supper.

Chilly and windy but it remained dry while I was out.

Returned home and pool guy was working on removing all the debris, even some oranges from neighboring trees.  We discussed lowering the water levels again, he'll be back tomorrow with the pump.
