Parsnip, Onion, and Sweet Potato Soup.

Waste not Want not, or so I was told as a child, so some leftover vegetables put ready for tonight’s soup, i am not a vegetable lover, but I do love a nice soup. There will be a small pinch of curry powder added as well.
