Death's End

Been re-reading this trilogy over the New Year. All three parts are fascinating in their way, and I enjoyed The Dark Forest more the second time round. Death's End is slower and grander, in its way.

It'll be interesting to see what Netflix do with their adaptaion of The Three Body Problem, due out this year. I am hoping it'll be a very different beast: the books are written in a style that doesn't strike me as easy to adapt, being big on ideas but light on characters.

There's also a Chinese-made adaptation in the works, which going by the trailer looks very faithful to the book.
