the first use of my new scales...I'd had the old crappy ones for 21 years, I remember buying them for about £1 in ali's cave in edinburgh for my student flat. weird how I remember that...anyhoo, I'm making betty some cakes to celebrate her getting 20/20 for a french speaking test last week - great stuff!
