Christmas Box

I managed to find something in flower in the garden! This is the Christmas Box, a winter flowering shrub with a heady perfume.
It’s Latin name is Sarcococca confusa, presumably because it’s confused about when to flower!
It’s really excellent for nectaring bees….. but I haven’t seen any recently!!
