Re-CYCLE!

Today spotted a place where they had thrown several different old bikes away and they were waiting the collection at the trash area of one building all tangled up and all. Naturally went to see what was there and..

..just couldn't resist to salvage one nice Raleigh kids mountain bike with 20" wheels. Yes, the aluminum frame had lost some paint, front brake was broken and the tires were worn BUT the frame is good quality, wheels were 100% true plus hubs and BB were running smoothly.

With 10 min effort the bike was ready to ride and the size of the bike is perfect for our son U. I guess we're going to have a little bike project during the next weeks/months to use this as a starting point and build U awesome mountain bike, so that he can start learning at the nearby singletrack and paths with dad. Not complaining at all.. :)
