Curry
Spent the afternoon cleaning out the spice cupboard. The I used the spices.
Most of the herbs and spices were in good nick but I did find a solidified bottle of tobasco and a jar of mixed spice which was best used by the end of 2010. You’ll be glad to know neither of those went in the curry.
