Running Man

Something a bit different today.
Have joined a local running group and embarked on a couch to 5k programme.
Met Gemma and Leeann from my group for an additional training session this morning.
What is really funny is that Mrs R has known both of them since they were toddlers.and I know Leeann's mum.
