Delivery Office

Went in pursuit of a parcel first thing; the Delivery Office isn't far from the Murrayfield tram stop. The inconspicuous red door on the extreme left of the building is the pedestrian entryway. Fetched a newspaper on the way back. 

Out again in the evening to a chamber music concert by The English Cornett and Sackbut Ensemble. One of their cornett players was ill; his substitute was a violin player, Kinga Ujszászi , who was excellent. My first time hearing a cornett. They played several pieces by Claudio Merulo (1533-1604); all the music was associated with Venice. The audience was remarkably quiet for a winter event; more than 100 people and one audible cough in the 90 minutes of the program.
