White-winged gull

I am not sure if it is a Glaucous Gull or an Iceland Gull but a sad end for a bird that had made its way down here from the Arctic.
After a late start, although heavily breakfasted, we headed to Balranald beach. We returned with a black kitten that Ruadh found miles from the nearest house and it was looking pretty sorry for itself.
A pampered evening for the wee beast before Marwa took it into her care, having put up a Facebook post to see if an owner comes forward. No sign yet.
