Leo!!

Happy New Pup Day!
Welcome to the crew Leo :-)
He's a wee sweetheart <3

So we woke up in Telford, had breakfast and broke the news to Ben that we were going to fetch Leo today.  Much excitement.  It all went really well, Leo was confident and playful when we picked him up and let older teen stroke and reassure him in the car on the way home.  He's been adventurous and cheeky but also run back to each of us for reassurance when he comes up against something he's not sure about.  So that feels like a good sign :-) He has wee-d on my rug.  Par for the course.  Mr KCNQ2Haiku has started calling me "the Wee Lady" as I keep taking him outside and asking him to go :-D  We'll get there in the end.  He's not eaten much but it must be such a major day for him, he's having a little nap in his crate now, so fingers crossed that he doesn't cry too much in the night.  Just to make things easier (not) Ben's insulin pump has gone nuts today and his bloods have been up to 21 which is stupidly high, so we've changed it all and thrown insulin at the problem but I could live without being up in the night with that as well!! Right, better go and fret that I'm doing everything wrong.  It's a busy life!  Yours sincerely, the Wee Lady :-/
