Mini arrangement

I am helping plan a seminar and am tasked with table decorations. This is not a banquet where you might want to have something more elaborate but rather more like a business meeting. I thought mini vases of flowers might do the trick. There will be 10 round tables of 8-10 people so they are rather large.
This photo is a proof of concept. I think I will actually use rose buds and baby’s breath for the flowers. I also think there should be a doily or “mirror glass” under the vase with some rose petals scattered around it, or small individually wrapped chocolates.
