Paying the price

Today I’m paying the price for yesterdays escapade!
My legs don’t feel too bad but my lower back is really sore. I think I might have pulled or twisted it when I slipped in the mud. I’ve been ceasing up every time I sit for more than five minutes and having to think about how I get up without pulling on it.
Just had a hot bath and taken some ibuprofen so hopefully it will feel better in the morning.
