Blitzed to Bits!

Done and blitzted. Yesterdays coarse production transformed into a deliciously smooth veloute (?) served with a swirl of single cream and bit of coriander I happened to have in the greenhouse. Maybe cut back on the dried crushed chilli peppers next time.
