NZ Kea

This is a New Zealand native parrot. It is wild in the South Island but I was very fortunate that I got to see it at the Auckland Zoo.  They are a very intelligent bird and are well known for getting into trouble.  They have been known to pull the rubber off windscreens and windows of peoples cars.  Their beaks are very strong. 
Regardless of their mischievous nature they are a beautiful bird with their bright colours.
