A change in the weather

This is fundamentally the first snow we have had this winter as we escaped it during the pre Christmas cold spell. However it didn’t settle and by lunch time the skies had cleared and it has been a beautiful sunny afternoon.
We had a quiet weekend, notable only for watching the 3 Back to the Future movies on Fri, Sat and Sunday. And after zipping my way through 3 novels early last week I’m plodding my way through a Scott Turow from the library. Need to get it finished but I’m surprised by how ponderous it is and how little I care about the characters. Not bad enough to give up on it, but I will be glad when I get to the end.
