Pruned

The council prunes the trees each autumn. They look quite austere in winter but they will spring back to life and provide a thick canopy of foliage in summer and deep shade. The weather is changing and getting colder but it did not prevent the tennis lesson going ahead. There were only three of us at this afternoon's art group but it was still convivial and very relaxing.
