We saw these lovely Herdwick sheep on a wintery walk at Mabie Forest . We did one of the longer walks , around 4.5 miles which enjoyed lovely views of the surrounding countryside and coastline in the distance.
In the evening I shared an intermediate level yoga class. I had a great turn out - 20 in the class.
