WHY???

20 trees are being cut down. Over the last 5 years or so, all the houses in this 1/2 block have been bought and removed.  The trees were left standing.


Today the crews were out cutting all but 4 down. There will be a new development for low income housing....


Extra: the man in the bottom right came out a couple of times to tell us to move back..as we were obstructing the work.  He also told us not  talk to the workers as they were just doing their job...as some had tried to approach them..
