Evening Sail

Some days are better than others. And today, was definitely that; certainly compared to the day before. A relaxing breakfast with papers, a step to the 'see us' exhibition (a free book: Whoa!), a browse at a book sale where I chanced upon Slocum's classic book from 1900 sailing alone around the world (with a forward by Arthur Ransome), lunch at the famed anarchy cafe with JS, ED and TFP, and then a fillum!
What film, you ask. Well, 'twas In the Fog, a gorgeously grim portrayal of the moral complexities (aye) of life in the occupied Soviet Union during WW2. Masterful cinematography, truly.
Enough for anybody, but the insatiable MrP demands mair. Mair! What could follow that? An evening sail of course! In the evening. With a sail. Many thanks to Pete, skipper of the good ship Indulgence.

[Here we are leaving the harbour with Misty Blue hounding us all the way]
