New Year

The game Mahjong that I play every week originated in China.so we use the occasion of Chinese New Year as an excuse to go out to lunch together. There being no suitable Chinese restaurant nearby, we went to a favourite Thai restaurant in Leatherhead. They do celebrate Chinese New Year in Thailand. Some of us shared the mixed starter selection, pictured in my extra. After the meal we went back to a members home for tea and more food. We enjoyed a good chat, not always time for that as we fill up our afternoon with playing Mahjong.
By the time we came home the sun was setting, another extra.
