cream…

…pitcher

antique style

it wasn’t something - i initially was interested in - but after being around - my sister and learning - about the various - kinds of creamers that - existed back in the day - i ended up finding - myself getting intrigued - more and more - anytime we’d go to - an antique store - or especially an antique show

the sheer volume of sizes - and pattern offerings - simply astounded me - they came in cut glass - porcelain, stoneware, etched - lidded or unlidded - tiny pitchers or mid-sized like - you see here - once i came on board - we became 2 peas in a pod - with trying to find - the best bargain as well - as the most unusual pitchers - i miss those excursions - with her as they brought - us such combined joy - of heart doing something - we loved together

finding this picture - creamer didn’t have - quite the same flare - but i found myself - enjoying the discovery - knowing my sis would’ve - liked it for its rare - aqua color as well - as the inside flower - on the pouring spout - that it dates to - the mid 1920’s - and that’s not even to mention - the markings point to - it being english and - of ‘queen elizabeth’s’ reign - something i’ve never - seen before - all very unusual - causing memories to juxtapose together - creating unseen joy which - always will lead to…

a

happy day.....
