Air fryer scones

Tuesday
Dennis went into the office.
I pottered around the house, doing laundry and housework. Made soup for lunch, then tried baking gluten-free scones in the air fryer. Success!
Spent the afternoon trying to find inspiration for a fibre art project - to use the lovely materials I got from my secret santa at Christmas. Created a mood board and a mind-map.
