I stood up for half an hour after taking today's antibiotic, the instructions don't say that exactly, but you mustn't lie down. I was playing safe.

It snowed a little overnight and I'd have loved a walk over the fields, but I'm still coughing and wobbly so it wouldn't have been a good idea. I've only got a week to get better before four days in Snowdonia, so I'm trying to be sensible. Therefore the day has been spent on podcasts, gentle tidying, blah boring blah.

Grateful to have a home I'm happy to be incarcerated spend time in.
