Ruffled Azalea

Wind ruffling caladium leaves yesterday, ruffle-edged azaleas today. I guess I'm liking that adjective.

Two years ago I stumbled upon some azaleas on sale some of which, much to my delight, had been marked with the wrong sale price and couldn't be changed for some reason. So I was able to get 32 azaleas of different kinds and sizes for $39.00. It was a great find and my lucky day.

My very first blip on April 28th was from this treasure as is today's. This is a Robin Hill Gwenda azalea that blooms later than the rest and has delightfully large blossoms.

A very nice find indeed.
