On the left is my shadow along side the hedge I managed to get entangled and stuck in this morning. (Long story) 

On the right are the 2 men from the Canal and River Trust that, armed with secateurs, rescued me!

Clive asked why I didn't call him. I didn't even think about my mobile until I had been liberated.
