Remnants of an arrow

You can almost see when the original edges of the arrow were to point the way for big trucks unloading appliances at the recycling centre. Looks a bit fishy to me and I see a dog's face too in the top bit off to the left.
Extra is another remnant but I have no idea of what! Could be a flame-throwing dragon, with those tiny flames at the bottom.
