More robins today.  Cold, cold, cold today, frosty hard ground so they were all waiting for their breakfasts.  This is CC II, one of my favourites, such a happy little bird, always likes a chat. 

Busy work day, early start with a break to walk the dog, crashed through the tasks until 6pm then off to the gym for two classes.  Body Balance (challenging, my knees are not happy) and Body Combat (much easier).  

Mushrooms on toast for dinner, simple pleasures.
