Prevention of consumption

I spotted this sign on the side of a pub near Winchester train station.

It's certainly not genuine in terms of location, since that the LBSCR didn't serve the line to Southampton.

Not sure the sign is genuine at all as you can buy reproductions of a different version on Etsy.
