Foggy

I was on campus today to play with Lego. It was the team-building activity as part of a post-graduate engineering module (T885). The students work in small teams (4 or 5) to build a fairground using Lego Mindstorms EV3 blocks. It's the first time I've seen this activity, and everyone had great fun. The teams only met yesterday evening, so this was an opportunity for them to get to know each other. They will work together, remotely, on a project and come back to Milton Keynes to make a final presentation in 20 weeks time.

It was really nice to get together with colleagues and work with students - it's been a long time since I did any face-to-face work.

The shot is Walton Hall looming out of the fog - there were patches of freezing fog on the way up but also bright sunlight; tricky driving conditions.
