Chicken Salad

Chicken and avocado salad.

We had a quick lunch during an annoying day of shopping for a new refrigerator. Our Samsung, which would turn 3 in February (and which has been absolute garbage from the beginning) decided it wasn't going to cool below 50F anymore. This is apparently a widespread problem and the subject of a class action lawsuit at the moment. We have a new one (an LG this time) coming Wednesday and will be relying on food out and quick thawing things from our chest freezer for the next few days.
