Fine Dining?

Back to blipping from the parliament. This time its the canteen, just off the Garden Lobby, at about 2.30pm today. There's a big rush from about 12.15-1.15 but after that its usually pretty quiet. You can see the small garden area through the windows on the right, as well as part of the Members' Block. You can also see the crazy angles of the building carried through into this area as well.

This is not the only place to eat in the Parliament building. There's a more formal restaurant on the same floor as the Chamber which is available at lunchtime and a smaller bistro-style establishment off the Garden Lobby which serves food in the evening. However, when you have 15-20 minutes between meetings the canteen is the place to go!!
