Down by the riverside.

It has been really cold today and we have been hibernating indoors. Freyas overnight milk habit has left us with no milk for cups of tea so we had to venture out. We went to the shops via the park. Freya tried out all of the apparatus. We took the scenic route home which enabled us to say hello to the ducks and sea birds that had accumulated by the river. Freya was impressed by the two ducks that kept diving under the icy river water and then popping up unexpectedly in a different place. She posed for this photo happily before we headed home to the warmth of our front room.
Grateful for some one on one time with Freya, for the wonder in her eyes watching the ducks at play and some later time at home with the twins.
