Me & Mrs MD are big fans of 'The Great Pottery Throw Down' - it's nice relaxing TV. 
I have a special interest - when I left school I worked for a couple of firms that made earthenware goods so I understand the challenges the potters face.
Last night they had to make an earthenware hot water bottle/foot warmer.
This is ours.  We've had it for years and years - it has comforted all our dogs when they arrived as puppies.  We wouldn't part with it for the world :-)
