Rydw i'n teimlo lwcus iawn ar hun o bryd. Tra Nor'dzin a Daniel yn adfer yn araf iawn o'u salwch rydw i wedi bod yn gallu parhau mewn iechyd da. Heddiw es i allan yn y tywyllwch hudolus i redeg 5k. Es i yn araf oherwydd y posibilrwydd o ia. Rydw i'n teimlo'n lwcus, hefyd, i fod i'n gallu rhedeg heb boeni am aflonyddu. Gwelais i ddwy fenyw yn rhedeg gyda'i gilydd y bore 'ma a buon ni’n cyfnewid 'bore da' wrth fynd heibio.

Yn ystod y dydd roedd hefyd Nor'dzin a fi yn gweithio ar lyfrau. Mae Nor'dzin yn fformatio ei lyfr newydd fel clawr meddal ac roeddwn i'n ceisio ysgrifennu catalog i ddisgrifio ein llyfrau i gyd.

Yn hwyrach aethon ni i gyd i Lidl i wneud tipyn bach o siopau. Doedden ni ddim yn meddwl roedden ni eisiau llawer o bethau, ond gwnaethon ni llenwi ein paniers.

Rydw i'n gobeithio bod fy iechyd da yn parhau, nid leiaf oherwydd rydw i'n gallu gwneud rhywbeth i helpu Nor'dzin a Dan. Rydyn ni'n cellwair dydw i ddim yn gallu mynd yn sâl nes eu bod nhw wedi gwella.

I feel very lucky at the moment. While Nor'dzin and Daniel are recovering very slowly from their illness I have been able to continue in good health. Today I went out in the magical darkness to run a 5k. I went slowly because of the possibility of ice. I feel lucky, too, to be able to run without worrying about harassment. I saw two women running together this morning and we exchanged 'good morning' as we passed.

During the day Nor'dzin and I also worked on books. Nor'dzin is formatting her new book as a paperback and I was trying to write a catalogue to describe all our books.

Later we all went to Lidl to do a bit of shopping. We didn't think we wanted many things, but we filled our panniers.

I hope my good health continues, not least because I can do something to help Nor'dzin and Dan. We joke I can't get sick until they're better.
