A party of nacreous clouds

The weather was glorious today and it was unbelievably nice to go outside and take a few minutes walk, the first time since my hip replacement surgery two weeks ago. 
Assistance provided by my mother and two crutches + heavy duty crampons under my shoes. Refreshing for body and soul! 
A friend also popped in for a chat in the afternoon so I've had a really uplifting day :)
