I've gone mad for cooking.
Baked focaccia 2 times this week, 2 breds today.

Decided to make a cazpachio in inspiration of our Barcelona trip today.

I really should considor a courier of a house-wife..I'd like to stay at home and just plan diner's endlesly!
Well maybe not...

I love the colour and the taste of mediterranean kitchen, and today we're cross-kitchenin Spain, Italy and Finnish (salmon). NomNomNOm!

Ps. the cazpachio tasted good before cooling yam!
