Blue Kid on the Block

Woke up to no heating or hot water. Up the ladder, topped up the boiler. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
On a happier note, the new oven combo is working well (so far), although the funky blue lights take a bit of getting used to. It’s amazing how much we use the micro, didn’t really notice until it was bust.
And we managed a full points haul in the tenpin league tonight, scraping through the first game thanks to young Jimmy having a storming finish and easing through the second thanks to Jimmy and JacktheLad both playing well. It’s been a good season (so far)!
