Wednesday

A very different day today. Murky.

I live in a road full of coffin dodgers. Graham (96) slipped on ice outside the park. His daughter was called and he was given into her care.  Ian (mid 70s) slipped on ice outside his front door. Blood everywhere. Ambulance fairly prompt. He remembers nothing about it and is now in hospital.

Then I saw Roger (95). He is incredible considering he had almost a month in hospital, including Christmas, with covid. No carers just the neighbours.  Gold stars for Tim and Pauline.

I made soup today. I am blowing my own trumpet but it is delicious.
