Murky and miserable

A really horrible day. The temperature was a little higher and the frost disappeared from the fields however somehow it felt colder and the damp mist stayed all day. I regretted going for a walk and came back frozen but soon warmed up when I lit the log fire and had a bowl of homemade soup.
