Hipop day 7

Soon I will be out there doing the things I love, in the meantime I’m filling my time doing Sudoku and playing on my jigsaw app.

I had a telephone call from my physio guy just to see how I was getting on, he’s sent me some tougher exercises to try.

Mr PC lost a crown at the weekend so he had a dentist appointment and the tooth had to come out.
