Fruit cage.

As I was leaving for work I had to photograph the box lollipop in the main photo, it looked so vivid.

Today was supposed to be the day of construction of this mammoth fruit cage (don't tell our illustrious Home Secretary Cruella De-Braverman the dimensions,  she'll want to use it as an immigration detention centre housing about 150 helpless souls) but after laying everything out I discovered some of the clamps didn't cater for vertical supports as well as horizontal spans. Minor error and a slight modification is now on order.

However I made a start which means next week should see it all constructed.

Had a nice pasta dish from the supermarket for dinner with RF, not the usual Burns night supper, we're saving that for our week in Scotland coming soon.
