Australia Day

Why would I blip a ‘60s Mustang on Australia Day, especially one with the steering wheel on the wrong side? Well, it was sitting over my shoulder at the lovely afternoon function today at the vineyard hosted by Mike and Viv. Try as I might, I couldn’t track down an old Falcon or EH Holden ute.
Spent the morning at Blackheath Pool doing a free sausage sizzle for Oz Day (see extra) - very satisfying to do something so positive and enjoyable on what is becoming such a controversial day (and it will remain so whether we change the date or not). Served 300 snags by 1pm to 300 happy Australians, plenty of them indigenous, so a good time was had by all!
