A cloudy day, some rain and short bursts of sunshine

This morning I went for a coffee with my friend.  Home lunchtime, did some housework and rested this afternoon.  Spoke to the consultant yesterday and he wants me to go for a test, may explain why I feel tired.
No idea what the theme is, so took this photo which is part of a painting my friend gave me.
