the saga of the cooker continues...
today was the long awaited delivery date.
midday the lovely Michah + mate arrive &
install the shiny new smeg only to discover that
1) the electricity in the whole house fuses when the small grill is turned on.
2) the oven door handles stick out considerably more than those of the old Neff...so we now have a hole cut in our pan cupboard door.

therefore i have spent most of the afternoon hanging on, punching in options to RGB and Domestic & General call centres.  apparently someone will call me on Monday.

at least we have ovens that work now!
